Pilates & Prosecco with Embodied Pilates Studio

After months of planning, trips from Dublin to Derry to view venues, meetings with our web designer and PR specialist, photoshoots, more planning, organising merchandise…..we finally did it!  The first ever Pilates & Prosecco event in the Legenderry City.

And what an amazing day it was.  We were thrilled to meet so many lovely people, and delighted that everyone enjoyed it so much that they registered interest in our temporary classes before the grand opening of the studio.

Laurie took us through a Slings in Motion warm up – testing balance, activating the feet, and retesting balance, stretching the spine in all directions.  Delicious!

Then it was back to some Pilates with Louise – bridging and the hundred to get the glutes and core working. 

All hard work was paid off by a glass of bubbly and some craic at the end.
