Private Sessions
One to one (30 mins & 45 mins)
One to ones are where the magic of Pilates really comes to life. They allow us to give you 100% attention. It is with this focused attention that we can assess, modify and help you to get the most out of your Pilates practice.
There are many reasons people elect to undertake one-to-one sessions with us, whether it’s on an ongoing basis, or from time-to-time, as their practice develops. Here are some of the most common ones:
Helping you rehabilitate from injury or surgery
Injury prevention
Introducing you to exercise for the first time and helping you with your confidence to move
Performance enhancement techniques for sports people
Preparing your body for surgery
Perfecting a Pilates move that you just can’t quite get
Simply wanting to have fun on the equipment!

Duet Sessions (45 mins)
Sometimes there doesn’t seem to be enough time in life to exercise and look after ourselves and still spend time with friends, team mates or loved ones.
That’s why we have created our Duet sessions. At Embodied Pilates Studio, we offer you the option to spend time with a friend, partner or team mate, while also receiving increased personalised Pilates instruction, and attention, for just the two of you. In our Duet sessions you will enjoy the opportunity to utilise the full range of Pilates apparatus.

Book an Explore Session
Book an individual Explore Session (45 mins) and we will work together to agree what you would like to achieve for your body.
We’ll introduce you to our equipment, discuss your goals and any past or current injuries, and assess your unique movement history. Then we’ll take time to explain the vital principles of alignment, breathing, connection and any modifications you may wish to make, so you can experience the maximum joy in your movement and practice – whether that is in private sessions or in class.
