If you are new to our studio or new to Pilates, we highly recommend starting with an Explore Session. This private session is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring you have a strong foundation to build upon. The Explore Session is the perfect way to kick-start your Pilates journey and set you up for success.
Class Pass Options: Choose What Works for You
For those who are ready to dive into our group classes, choose from our options described below:
6 Class Pass: Ideal if you plan to attend 1 class per week.
12 Class Pass: Perfect for those who aim to participate in 2 classes per week.
18 Class Pass: A great option if you're committed to attending 3 classes per week.
Single Class Pass: Whether you're unsure about your schedule or simply want to try out a single class, this pass allows you to dive into the world of Pilates at your own pace
Please note the expiry of your pass when purchasing.
Our classes are designed to last 45 minutes, making it easy to fit into your busy lifestyle.
Although we teach our classes in 6 week blocks, you can start at any stage. The next 6 week courses begin on Monday 17th February 2025 and will run until Saturday 29th March 2025.
